Auchroisk, by Cadenhead.
8yr.
Cask Strength, 61.4% ABV; No chill filtering, no coloring

Color: light sauterne
Nose: burnt caramel, nougat, marshmallow, vanilla and honey
Palette: big, viscous, aromatic
Finish: some smoke, followed by grasses and heather; medium finish with biscuit flour and malt at the end
Outcome: quite a delicious dram, easy to drink, uncomplicated and difficult to find, as 90% of it goes into blends, i.e. J&B.  It was the heart of the original "Singleton" from the Classic Malts before changing it to Dufftown.
